MFL - Italian

Italian teaching is provided in school by Ms. Autilia Acanfora, who is employed by the Italian Embassy.  Italian as a modern foreign language is taught to all classes on a weekly basis. The children learn to communicate with each other and their teacher in pairs, in groups and using a wide variety of resources. Their understanding and skills are developed through a range of language activities, including conversation, role play and written activities. Bilingual pupils are supported and their language skills extended.
